Standards Against Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE)

1. Our Commitment
Eat No Solo is committed to creating a safe environment for all users. We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) of any kind. Any content, behavior, or activity that exploits or endangers children is strictly prohibited on our platform.
2. Age Requirement
Eat No Solo is intended exclusively for users aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly allow minors to create accounts or use our services. We collect date of birth during registration and reject users who do not meet the minimum age requirement.
3. Prohibited Content and Conduct
The following are strictly prohibited on Eat No Solo:
- Any content that depicts, promotes, or glorifies the sexual abuse or exploitation of children
- Sharing, distributing, or soliciting child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
- Grooming or any attempt to establish inappropriate contact with minors
- Any communication that sexualizes minors in any way
- Using the platform to facilitate trafficking or exploitation of minors
- Any content that normalizes or trivializes the sexual abuse of children
4. Detection and Prevention
We take proactive measures to prevent CSAE on our platform, including:
- Age verification during account registration
- User reporting mechanisms to flag inappropriate content or behavior
- Review of reported content by our team
- Immediate removal of any content that violates these standards
5. Reporting and Enforcement
If you encounter any content or behavior on Eat No Solo that involves the exploitation of children:
- In-app reporting: Use the report feature to flag the user or content immediately

We will:
- Immediately suspend the offending account upon verification
- Permanently ban users found to have violated these standards
- Preserve relevant evidence and report the activity to the appropriate law enforcement authorities, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) as required by law
- Cooperate fully with law enforcement investigations
6. Accountability
Eat No Solo regularly reviews and updates its safety policies to ensure they remain effective against evolving threats. We are committed to transparency in our efforts to combat CSAE and will update these standards as necessary.
